Standard back-to-back split system installation explained
- Installation of a high wall split system with the indoor head unit to be mounted on the inside of the external wall in a single storey property constructed with brick veneer or timber framed external walls.
- Indoor head unit installation to be positioned on plain internal wall. Head unit above windows, side exit or up and over, incur extra charge.
- Up to 2m vertical duct cover outside and 3m connection pipes and cables with standard pricing
- Condensate drain will be run 2m down and up to 2m across to a downpipe. Drain will be fitted with a 20mm relief for downpipe blockages.
- Outdoor condenser unit to be mounted to 900mm x 450mm poly slab
- All systems to have weatherproof isolator at outdoor position. Within 15m of connection source. Up to 5kw connected to general electrical circuit and 5kw – 9.5kw systems to have circuit run to switchboard with independent combo rcbo/circuit breaker.
- 5 years full Manufacturer’s Warranty Parts and Labour.
Split system installation extras
- Two storey back-to-back installation – $150
- Lifter for two storey on brackets or split level roof – $150
- Up and over 8m (6m over and 2m down do outdoor unit – $ 250
- Side entry installation – $50
- Extra distance between indoor and outdoor unit uncovered. – $ 45 per m

- Electrical circuit over 15m – $ 5 per m

Standard ducted system installations explained
- Based on a single storey home.
- Installation of a split ducted system with the indoor head unit to be mounted into the ceiling space within the truss spacings of a single storey property with brick veneer or timber framed construction with tile or tin roof.
- Round insulated ceiling registers to be used in sizes of 200mm, 250mm or 300mm.
- Rectangle white plastic return air grill and filter with removable and washable centre and filter.
- Wall controller to be mounted to central position of house.
- Condensate drain to be run to gutter.
- Outdoor condenser unit to be positioned at customers choice within 15m of outdoor unit.
- Outdoor condenser unit to be mounted onto a poly slab if bare ground.
- If the piping has to be reused as its run internally run and not accessible, we do not warrant the existing piping or drainage in any way.
- Standard Manufacture unit controller, coupled with zone controller if applicable.
- Weatherproof isolator with independent electrical circuit run from system to switchboard, with correctly sized safety circuit breaker.
- 5 years full Manufacturer’s Warranty Parts and Labour.

Ducted system installation extras – prices on request
- Zone controller standard on/off up to 6 zones
- Additional ceiling outlets
- Upgrade to My Air with individual air flow control for each zone 6 zones
