This booking is for air conditioning repairs and diagnosis, and minor electrical repairs and diagnosis.
It’s a service call where one of our technicians works out what’s going on and tells you what it will take to fix.
The service calls is $220.00 inc gst, which includes the first 30mins. It is then $45 inc gst per 15min after this time.
We can usually diagnose the issue within 30-60mins. Obviously if there are any major parts required for the repair, we would need to quote this separately. For any minor repairs with generic parts that are carried in the service vehicle we can usually fix on site.

How long is the visit?
Your callout includes the first 30 minutes of labour. Some faults require more time to diagnose or repair.
Is this for a regular service?
No. This booking is for repairs and fault diagnosis only. For routine maintenance or servicing, book an air conditioning service here.
How much does it cost?
Standard callouts start from $220 including GST, covering attendance and the first 30 minutes of labour. Additional work, parts or testing cost extra and require your approval. After-hours rates apply.
Will you fix it during the visit?
Not every repair can be completed during the initial visit. It depends on the fault, parts and testing required. We’ll explain the next step.
What if it takes longer than 30 minutes?
We’ll explain our findings and confirm the cost of further testing or repairs before proceeding.

What should I have ready?
Clear access to the issue. Note any noises, error codes and when the issue started. Photos or videos can help.
